Precyse Consulting is a CPA Australia member firm providing accounting and advisory services including GST reconciliation, business activity statement (BAS) preparation, and consultancy for sole traders, SMEs, and individuals.

We hold professional indemnity insurance through Marsh Advantage Insurance, under CPA Australia's Professional Standards Scheme, which limits our liability as permitted by Australian law.

The information, advice, and recommendations we provide are based on our professional judgment and the information available to us at the time of service. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we make no guarantee as to completeness or future outcomes. Clients remain responsible for independently assessing our advice and seeking further professional guidance where appropriate.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precyse Consulting will not be liable for any loss, damage, or adverse consequences arising from reliance on our services, except where liability cannot be lawfully excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the re-supply of services or the cost of resupplying those services, at our discretion.

 

This limitation applies in accordance with applicable laws and professional regulations across all states and territories of Australia. If any part of this clause is found unenforceable in a jurisdiction, the remainder will remain valid and enforceable.
